Job description

This is a remote position.

Our client is a growth stage technology and data-driven commercial insurance wholesaler backed by a leading private equity firm. They are combining the worlds of insurance and technology to create an insurtech powerhouse, and are undergoing rapid digital transformation. Their Digital Marketing team is currently seeking a detail-oriented performance marketer to support the execution and optimization of paid search and affiliate marketing programs.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys hands-on campaign management, operational excellence, and performance analysis. The successful candidate will play a critical role in driving acquisition results across multiple brands and marketing programs.

Employment Type: Full-time permanent
Location: Remote - MUST be physically located in the US
Compensation: $80,000-90,000 base + 10% bonus + full benefits (see below)

What You'll Do:
  • Execute daily paid search campaign management activities, including campaign builds, keyword management, bid adjustments, ad trafficking, and performance monitoring.
  • Support affiliate and partner marketing programs through onboarding coordination, creative deployment, placement management, and performance optimization.
  • Monitor channel performance and proactively identify issues affecting conversion rates, acquisition costs, attribution, or campaign efficiency.
  • Coordinate the production and deployment of advertising assets, landing pages, banners, and promotional materials.
  • Manage affiliate reporting, billing reconciliation, and budget tracking activities.
  • Maintain tracking accuracy through proper use of UTM parameters, pixels, conversion events, and campaign governance standards.
  • Assist with weekly, monthly, and quarterly reporting deliverables.
  • Conduct competitive research and monitor market trends to identify optimization opportunities.
  • Collaborate with channel managers, analytics teams, and creative partners to support growth initiatives.


Requirements
  • 2-4 years of hands-on performance marketing experience.
  • Direct experience managing paid search campaigns through Google Ads.
  • Experience supporting affiliate, partnership, or aggregator marketing programs.
  • Understanding of campaign structure, bidding strategies, keyword management, and conversion optimization.
  • Familiarity with Google Analytics or similar reporting platforms.
  • Understanding of attribution concepts, tracking implementation, and campaign measurement.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and execute effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience with Microsoft Ads, Looker, affiliate platforms, or BI reporting tools is a plus.
  • Experience within insurance, financial services, ecommerce, lead generation, or other performance-driven industries is preferred.
