What Youโll DoAs a Controller, you will:
Lead accounting relationships for a portfolio of clients
Build strong client relationships as a trusted advisor
Review and analyze financial statements
Support and mentor bookkeeping teams
Provide accounting guidance and problem-solving support
Help improve workflows, reporting, and operational processes
Identify opportunities for automation and efficiency improvements
Collaborate on internal process and technology initiatives
This role combines accounting expertise, leadership, client advisory, and operational problem-solving.

Ideal experience includes:
Controller or Assistant Controller experience
Client accounting services (CAS)
Outsourced accounting or public accounting
Managing multiple clients or entities
Leading accounting operations or month-end close functions
Experience with cloud-based accounting systems is required. We work across various platforms and value professionals who are adaptable and comfortable learning new tools and technologies.
