Position: Sales Engineer, Infrastructure Vertical Reports To: VP, Sales Location: 100% Remote (preferably East Coast USA or Central USA) Territory: USA Travel: up to 50% Thomson Power Systems (TPS), a Regal Rexnord company, is seeking a highly driven Sales Engineer to lead growth within our Infrastructure vertical across the United States. This is a hands-on, strategic role focused on expanding TPS's presence in critical infrastructure markets by selling switchgear, automatic transfer switches (ATS), modular power solutions, and engineered-to-order power management systems. Key Responsibilities Required Education, Experience and Skills: 5+ years of successful outside sales experience Preferred Qualifications Experience in the Power Management industry/Infrastructure vertical Proficiency with Salesforce CRMDemonstrated ability to be hands-on, resourceful, and results-oriented with a continuous improvement mindset Exceptional sales abilities with strong closing skills Excellent presentation and communication skills Ability to build value-based relationships at all levels within customer organizations and Regal Rexnord Compensation Package to Include: The salary range provided is intended to display the value of the company's base pay compensation for all statewide locations across the United States.
