Responsibilities
  • Work leads provided by the agency to generate new business accounts
  • Quote Home, Auto, Business, and Life insurance policies for prospective clients (we teach you how!)
  • Follow up promptly with leads via phone and email to close sales
  • Organize and prioritize your pipeline to hit individual sales goals
  • Participate in daily team huddles and ongoing coaching sessions
  • Maintain licensing and continuing education requirements
