Job Overview:

Pay Range: $30hr - $32hr

Requirement/Must Have:

  • 1+ years experience in sales operations, sales engineering, or pre-sales.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders.

Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate the day-to-day operational activities supporting the Works and Works Plus subscription programs.
  • Partner with Customer Master to validate customer and quote information, coordinating with dealers to resolve discrepancies and obtain required documentation.
  • Coordinate with Credit and Finance to help resolve account or billing issues that may impact subscription fulfillment.
  • Work closely with Warehouse Operations to coordinate hardware shipments, replacement requests, and order fulfillment activities.
  • Assist with subscription administration, including DocuSign routing, GST token requests, licensing support, and other operational tasks.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to resolve operational issues related to shipments, missing components, subscription activation, and customer requests.
  • Coordinate responses to dealer and internal operational inquiries, including order status, fulfillment, shipment issues, and subscription support, escalating issues as needed.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure subscription orders progress smoothly from quote through fulfillment.
  • Track open issues and ensure timely follow-up until resolution.
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation within subscription and business systems.
  • Identify recurring operational challenges and recommend process improvements that improve efficiency and customer experience.
  • Assist with reporting, documentation, and other operational initiatives that support subscription program growth.
