The Role

Step into a pivotal leadership position as Sr. Manager, Global Trade Analytics & Governance CoE, where your vision and expertise will shape the future of Deckers Brands' global trade operations. You'll be the architect of a centralized, trusted data ecosystem-transforming complex trade data into actionable insights that drive operational excellence and strategic decision-making. Your Impact

  • Lead the charge in defining and executing a global analytics strategy, delivering end-to-end visibility and empowering teams to make bold, informed decisions.
  • Build and maintain innovative dashboards and reporting frameworks that turn data into meaningful stories-spotting KPIs, risks, and opportunities that shape our business.
  • Set the standard for data governance, ensuring every piece of information is accurate, consistent, and ready to scale as Deckers grows.
  • Drive adoption of reporting tools and foster a culture of data-driven excellence across global stakeholders.
  • Identify and resolve data gaps and inconsistencies, implementing sustainable solutions that enhance the integrity and reliability of our trade data.
  • Partner with IT and business leaders to define system enhancements and integration improvements, keeping Deckers at the forefront of digital transformation.
  • Leverage analytics to unlock process optimization, automation, and efficiency gains-making a measurable impact on our operations.
  • Lead cross-functional initiatives, communicate insights and priorities to leadership, and inspire accountability for data quality and usage.
  • Mentor and elevate team members, advancing analytical capabilities and continuously refining strategy to meet evolving business needs.

Who You Are

  • Hold a BA/BS in Supply Chain, Analytics, Statistics, or a relevant field (MBA preferred).
  • Bring 10+ years of experience in a high-growth, cross-functional environment with a large product portfolio (Footwear, Apparel, or Fashion experience preferred).
  • Have 7+ years in analytics-focused roles, with demonstrated ownership of building reporting, dashboards, and data models.
  • Demonstrated ability to build, structure, and transform complex data sets for reporting and analytics across supply chain functions.
  • Strong quantitative analytical skills with the ability to identify trends, risks, and opportunities.
  • High proficiency in BI and visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) and expert-level Microsoft Office applications.
  • Advanced technical capability in writing queries (SQL, OQL, or equivalent) to extract, manipulate, and validate data.
  • Deep understanding of data governance principles, including ownership, standardization, and quality management.
  • Experience in process improvement, standardization, or automation initiatives using data to drive measurable outcomes.
