We areseekinga talented and experiencedQuality Engineer IIto join our growing team. In this role, you will play a keyrolein ensuring the quality, reliability, and performance of our software products through a combination ofhands-on manual and automated development.

You will collaborate closely with Software Engineers, Product Managers, and other Quality Engineers to design and execute effective test strategies,identifyrisks early, and continuously improve testing practices. This role is ideal for a quality engineer who enjoys being deeply technical, thrives in an Agile environment, and is ready to take on increased ownership while continuing to grow toward technical or leadership advancement.

You will join an experienced Quality Engineering team responsible for delivering high-quality, defect-free software throughsmoke,functional, regression, and integration testingacross multiple platforms.

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Create detailed, comprehensive, and well-structuredtest plans, test cases, and test scenariosbased on product requirements and acceptance criteria.
  • Design, develop, execute, andmaintainautomated test scriptsusing open-source tools and frameworks.
  • Performmanual and automated testing, includingfunctional, regression, smoke, integration, and basic performance testing.
  • Contribute to the design and maintenance ofautomated test suites and frameworksto improve test coverage and efficiency.
  • Ensure properversion controlof automation code and adherence to code quality and testing best practices.
  • Collaborate with Product Managers and Software Engineers to clarify requirements,identifyrisks, and define test coverage.
  • Identify, document, track, and verify software defects using bug tracking tools, ensuring clear communication andtimelyresolution.
  • Participate inAgile ceremonies, including daily standups, story refinement, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
  • Perform thoroughregression testingfollowing defect fixes and feature enhancements.
  • Review requirements, specifications, and technical design documents to providetimelyand meaningful quality feedback.
  • Assist in estimating testing effort and providing input on testing timelines and risks.
  • Support and mentor junior Quality Engineers through knowledge sharing, pairing, and code reviews.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of testing processes, tools, and methodologies.
  • Stay current with industry trends, emerging tools, and best practices in software quality engineering.
