Job Overview
Senior Manager, Business Transformation & Operations
The Senior Manager, Business Transformation & Operations leads business transformation, operational excellence, and organizational readiness across the Digital Center of Excellence (COE). Serving as the operational partner to the Director of Digital Operations & Governance, this leader translates strategic priorities into scalable execution across Blueprint readiness, portfolio management, performance measurement, and enterprise governance - while leading the Business Operations and Data Governance teams.
Job Requirements
  • Partner with the Director of Digital Operations & Governance to execute strategic operational priorities and continuously improve the Digital COE operating model
  • Lead business transformation initiatives that improve organizational effectiveness, operational maturity, and adoption of new digital capabilities
  • Partner with Product Management, UX, Technology, Marketing, Commercial, and Business stakeholders to improve and standardize business processes supporting Blueprint and other strategic initiatives
  • Lead the Blueprint Process Workstream: business readiness, organizational change, process harmonization, and adoption across enterprise transformation initiatives
  • Develop and execute change management strategies that accelerate adoption of future-state operating models and digital capabilities
  • Own strategic oversight of COE intake and portfolio management processes; manage and coach the Business Operations Manager, who leads day-to-day execution of intake, governance, and reporting
  • Partner with the Data Governance Manager and Operations Director to evolve the enterprise data governance vision, operating model, and continuous improvement roadmap
  • Support continuous improvement of enterprise customer experience measurement through operational insights, reporting, and stakeholder engagement
  • Build executive dashboards and operational insights that give leadership visibility into portfolio health, Blueprint readiness, and Digital COE performance
  • Lead, coach, and develop the Business Operations Manager and Data Governance Manager, fostering accountability and continuous improvement
  • Support annual planning, budget tracking, forecasting, and operational performance reporting in partnership with Finance and Digital leadership

What your background should look like
  • Bachelor's degree required (Business, Marketing, Information Systems, Engineering, Organizational Leadership, or related); MBA preferred
  • 10+ years in digital operations, business transformation, program management, operational excellence, or consulting
  • Proven success leading large-scale transformation and building operating models, governance frameworks, and cross-functional ways of working
  • Demonstrated success leading cross-functional initiatives in complex, highly matrixed organizations without direct authority
  • Experience managing operational planning, executive reporting, portfolio management, and performance measurement
  • Experience leading and developing high-performing teams
  • Strong executive communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills; financial acumen supporting budgeting and forecasting
  • Preferred: background in digital marketing, marketing technology, or enterprise digital platforms; agile product delivery experience; familiarity with Jira, Clarity, SharePoint, Qualtrics, Power BI, or Tableau

COMPENSATION
• Competitive base salary commensurate with experience: $159,200 - $198,900 (subject to change dependent on physical location)
• Posted salary ranges are made in good faith. TE Connectivity reserves the right to adjust ranges depending on the experience/qualification of the selected candidate as well as internal and external equity.
• Total Compensation = Base Salary + Incentive(s) + Benefits
