Location: Jacksonville, Florida and Remote only in Eastern and Central Coast
Duration: Contract

Pay Range: $60.50/Hr-67.50/Hr

Job Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Genesys Developer/Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience with Genesys Cloud, implementation, and deployment, as well as expertise in IVR/Call Flow design and configuration. This role will support a major Genesys call center implementation and contact center modernization initiative.
Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement Genesys Cloud solutions.
  • Design and configure IVR/Call Flows.
  • Administer and develop contact center platforms.
  • Support new contact center rollouts.
  • Integrate REST APIs and CRM systems (preferred).

Qualifications:
  • 5+ years of experience with Genesys.
  • Strong hands-on experience with Genesys Cloud.
  • Proven experience in Genesys implementation and deployment.
  • Experience with large-scale contact center migrations (preferred).
  • Genesys Cloud Certification (preferred).
  • Healthcare industry experience (preferred).
