  • Support initiatives designed to improve clinical quality, documentation accuracy, patient outcomes, and organizational performance.
  • Assist with clinical education and continuing education programs.
  • Maintain current knowledge of OASIS guidance, CMS requirements, home health regulations, and accepted professional standards of practice.

What We're Looking For

  • Current, unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) license in California.
  • Graduate of an accredited school of nursing; BSN preferred.
  • Minimum of two years of experience performing quality OASIS reviews in a home health setting.
  • Current OASIS certification required prior to beginning the position.
  • Strong working knowledge of current OASIS guidance and CMS home health requirements.
  • Demonstrated knowledge or experience with CMS Star Ratings and Home Health Value-Based Purchasing (HHVBP).
  • Experience reviewing clinical documentation and plans of care within a Medicare-certified home health environment.
  • Homecare Homebase (HCHB) experience preferred.
  • Strong clinical judgment and attention to detail.
  • Ability to identify inconsistencies between patient presentation, clinical documentation, OASIS responses, and the plan of care.
  • Ability to effectively educate, coach, and provide constructive feedback to clinicians.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong organization, critical-thinking, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment while maintaining strong communication and collaboration with clinical and operational teams.
