Key Responsibilities

• Perform thorough assessments and screenings to evaluate the mental health needs of patients, leveraging standardized tools and techniques.
• Develop and implement evidence-based treatment plans tailored to each individual's needs, utilizing a variety of therapeutic modalities.
• Offer crisis intervention and short-term counseling, addressing urgent concerns and ensuring patient safety and well-being.
• Facilitate therapy groups and workshops focused on relevant topics such as stress management, coping strategies, and resilience building.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including physicians, social workers, and care coordinators, to ensure holistic and effective patient care.
• Engage actively in outreach programs aimed at promoting mental health awareness and preventive care strategies within the community.

Patient Population / Client Focus

The ideal candidate will work with a diverse group of patients, including those presenting with anxiety, depression, trauma, and other mental health conditions. Qualifications

• An active state license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD) is essential.
• A Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Counseling, Social Work, or a related field is mandatory, with preference given to candidates holding a Master's degree or higher.

• Familiarity with evidence-based therapeutic practices and brief therapy models suitable for our client population.

Preferred Experience

• A minimum of 2 years of experience in a clinical setting, preferably within an outpatient counseling context.
• Experience working with diverse patient populations and an understanding of cultural competence in mental health service delivery.
• Prior involvement in community outreach or educational initiatives related to mental health is valued.

Compensation and Benefits

• Annual salary ranging from USD 80,000 to 100,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
