• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to understand each client's unique mental health needs, ensuring that individualized treatment plans are formulated and implemented accordingly.
• Provide evidence-based therapeutic services, utilizing various modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and mindfulness techniques in individual and group therapy formats.
• Collaborate regularly with case managers and psychiatric staff to create a cohesive care experience, actively participating in treatment planning meetings.
• Use your expertise to deliver crisis intervention for clients experiencing acute mental health episodes, offering immediate support and strategies for stabilization.
• Engage in community outreach activities to enhance mental health awareness, participating in workshops and seminars that educate the public and reduce stigma surrounding mental health challenges.

• An active and independent license in one of the following areas is required:
  • Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW)
  • Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC)
  • Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT)
  • Doctor of Psychology (PsyD)
• A master's or doctoral degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology.
• Demonstrated strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and maintain therapeutic relationships effectively.
• Exhibit cultural competence, ensuring sensitivity when working with clients from various ethnic and cultural backgrounds and socioeconomic statuses.
• Showcase excellent organizational abilities and time-management skills to efficiently handle documentation, case notes, and treatment plans.

While not mandatory, candidates with experience in the following areas will stand out:

• Experience providing telehealth services in a remote setting.
• Involvement in community mental health initiatives or support groups.
• Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems for patient management and documentation.
