• Conduct detailed assessments to gain a deep understanding of clients' mental health concerns, formulating accurate clinical diagnoses and developing individualized treatment plans based on evidence-based practices.
• Provide effective individual, group, and family therapy sessions, utilizing modalities tailored to meet the unique needs and goals of each client, ensuring therapeutic interventions are grounded in sound clinical practice.
• Offer immediate crisis intervention and support to clients experiencing acute mental health emergencies, demonstrating critical thinking skills under pressure.
• Maintain meticulous, confidential client records, documenting treatment plans, progress notes, and assessment results in accordance with ethical standards and legal requirements.
• Collaborate seamlessly with an interdisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive care and holistic approaches to individual client needs.
• Educate clients and their families about mental health issues, various treatment modalities, and community resources, while actively advocating for clients' rights and needs.
• Engage in ongoing training and professional development to stay current with the latest advancements in mental health therapy, incorporating new knowledge into your practice.

This role will cater to a diverse client base, including individuals grappling with anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues. You will have the opportunity to work with various demographics, including children, adolescents, adults, and families, ensuring a comprehensive and inclusive approach to mental health care.

• Licensed as a Mental Health Therapist, with credentials such as LMFT, LPC, or LCSW.
• Possess a Master's or Doctoral degree in counseling, psychology, social work, or a related field.
• Exhibit strong clinical assessment skills, along with the ability to formulate effective and timely diagnoses.
• A minimum of two years of experience in a related mental health setting, demonstrating a solid foundation in clinical practice.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities, fostering trust and rapport with clients and colleagues alike.
• Demonstrated ability to work independently while also thriving in a team-based environment.
• A strong commitment to ethical and professional standards, maintaining the highest level of integrity in client interactions.

While clinical experience is essential, candidates with specialized training in certain therapeutic methodologies or various mental health disorders are highly encouraged to apply. Experience in telehealth or remote counseling is a plus, though not a mandatory requirement.

The salary range for this role is competitive, between USD 85,000 and 100,000 per year, commensurate with experience. We also offer a sign-on bonus to welcome you aboard as part of our team.
