Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough assessments of clients to ascertain their mental health and substance use issues.
• Develop personalized treatment plans employing evidence-based techniques and tailored solutions.
• Provide individual therapy utilizing therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT).
• Document treatment progress and maintain precise clinical records in compliance with state regulations and organizational standards.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals to coordinate care and support client recovery journeys.
• Educate clients and their families about mental health issues, resources, and coping strategies related to substance use.

Qualifications

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary ranging from USD 80,000 to 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
