Legacy Counseling, LLC is actively seeking a dedicated and empathetic Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) to join our remote team in Palmerton, Pennsylvania. This full-time role offers an attractive yearly salary in the range of $90,000 to $100,000, commensurate with experience. This position offers the flexibility of remote work, allowing you to provide therapeutic services from the comfort of your home or preferred setting. In addition, you will utilize the SimplePractice system to document client interactions and track progress while adhering to HIPAA standards for confidentiality.

• Conduct thorough assessments of clients to identify their mental health needs and develop tailored treatment plans based on evidence-based practices.
• Facilitate individual, group, and family therapy sessions, providing a safe and therapeutic environment for open dialogue and healing.
• Collaborate closely with clients to establish clear therapeutic goals, continuously monitor their progress, and adjust treatment plans as necessary to ensure optimal outcomes.
• Maintain precise and confidential documentation of client interactions, treatment progress, and assessments using the SimplePractice platform.
• Communicate and coordinate care with other healthcare professionals and community resources to ensure clients receive holistic support.
• Participate in weekly case review meetings to discuss client progress and share insights for delivering high-quality care.
• Contribute to marketing initiatives, including enhancing our presence on Psychology Today and other platforms to reach a broader audience.

Your role as an LPC will involve counseling a diverse range of clients who may present with issues such as anxiety, depression, trauma, PTSD, and ADHD. You will be tasked with providing a culturally attuned approach that considers the unique experiences and backgrounds of each individual you serve. Our clients seek not only mental health support but also understanding and acceptance within the therapeutic process.

• A Master’s degree in Counseling, Social Work, or a related mental health field.
• A current, valid license as a Professional Counselor (LPC) in Pennsylvania.
• At least 3 years of clinical experience providing counseling services, particularly in outpatient or private practice settings.
• Demonstrated clinical assessment and diagnostic skills, with a strong ability to develop and implement treatment plans.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, allowing you to build rapport with clients quickly and effectively.
• A willingness to work both independently and collaboratively within a supportive team environment.

• Familiarity with telehealth platforms and remote counseling modalities.
