• Establish and cultivate trusting relationships with clients, fostering an environment of mutual respect and collaboration.
• Conduct thorough assessments to diagnose mental health disorders and identify the specific needs of clients.
• Create and implement individualized treatment plans that are tailored to each client's unique circumstances, with regular updates as progress is made.
• Lead therapeutic sessions, engaging clients through both individual and group formats, to facilitate personal growth and healing.
• Perform ongoing evaluations of each client’s progress, adjusting treatment strategies proactively to ensure optimal outcomes.
• Collaborate with other specialists as needed, providing referrals and resources to clients to enhance their treatment experience.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of client interactions and treatment plans, adhering to the ethical and legal standards of practice.

The Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist will primarily work with a diverse patient population encompassing individuals, couples, and families from varying backgrounds. Challenges may include anxiety, depression, interpersonal conflicts, trauma recovery, and other mental health concerns, necessitating a compassionate and holistic approach to care.

• Active State licensure as a Marriage and Family Therapist is mandatory.
• A Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field is required; a Master's Degree in Marriage and Family Therapy is preferred.
• Proven clinical skills with a minimum of 3 years’ experience in counseling and providing therapy to clients.
• Exceptional organizational and time-management skills to balance client caseloads and administrative duties, ensuring that both therapeutic and operational responsibilities are efficiently handled.

• Experience with evidence-based therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Solution-Focused Therapy (SFT), or EMDR.
• Background in working with children, adolescents, and families with an emphasis on systemic approaches.
• Familiarity with telehealth technologies and remote counseling platforms to facilitate effective therapy sessions.
