The Licensed Mental Health Counselor will be responsible for a variety of duties, including but not limited to:

• Conducting thorough psychological assessments, providing vocational recommendations tailored to the client’s comprehension level, and creating detailed psychological assessment reports.
• Administering biopsychosocial assessments to evaluate clients’ suitability for counseling and work programs, ensuring that each assessment is sensitive to the client’s cultural and individual background.
• Delivering culturally competent mental health and substance abuse counseling to individuals and groups, along with comprehensive case management that enhances the overall treatment journey.
• Engaging in consultations with clients, case managers, and both internal and external providers to ensure coherent and comprehensive client care.
• Maintaining accurate and timely clinical and administrative records in compliance with company policies and industry standards.
• Providing crisis intervention strategies as necessary to support clients during moments of acute distress.
• Participating in case conferences, clinical team meetings, and supervision sessions to foster an environment of continuous learning and peer support.
• Conducting work readiness assessments, including evaluating learning needs through the selection of appropriate psychological testing modalities based on referral information.
• Performing other responsibilities as assigned, ensuring flexibility and adaptability in a dynamic setting.

The ideal candidate will work primarily with individuals suffering from a range of mental health issues, including Major Depressive Disorder (MDD), Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD), anxiety disorders, Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD), trauma, and grief-related challenges. By using evidence-based practices and a trauma-informed approach, our counselors support clients through tailored interventions that promote recovery and resilience.

• A Master’s degree in Psychology, Counseling, Social Work, or related discipline is required.
• A valid social work license (LMHC, LMFT, LICSW) per state regulations.
• Demonstrated experience with various psychotherapy modalities and a comprehensive understanding of diverse mental health diagnoses.
• The ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, managing interruptions and time-sensitive situations effectively.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills and the capacity to communicate with empathy and clarity.
• No history of medical malpractice claims, as verified by a third party.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S.

• Familiarity with telehealth technologies and online therapy platforms is advantageous.
• Prior experience working within a remote counseling setting is a plus.
• A strong background in conducting psychological assessments and designing individualized treatment plans.
