• Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments to develop tailored treatment plans for individual students, addressing their specific educational and emotional needs.
• Facilitate individual therapy sessions through various evidence-based modalities, ensuring that each approach aligns with the student's unique background, personality, and requirements.
• Collaborate with parents, teachers, and school administrators to set realistic therapeutic goals and participate in multidisciplinary team meetings to enhance student outcomes.
• Utilize teletherapy options to provide flexible services, accommodating students’ needs for remote access and maintaining engagement in their mental health journey.
• Maintain thorough and timely documentation of client progress and updates to comply with ethical and regulatory standards, promoting transparency and accountability in mental health care.

The primary clientele for this role comprises students ranging from elementary to high school age, who may face challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and behavioral issues. You will play a critical role in addressing these concerns, helping students develop resilience and thrive in their academic and personal lives. The role emphasizes building trust and rapport with students to ensure they feel safe while discussing sensitive matters.

• Current and valid license in the state of Texas as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).
• A master’s or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.
• Proven ability to communicate effectively and empathically, establishing a safe therapeutic environment for diverse student populations.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage a varied caseload efficiently, including administrative components of therapy such as scheduling and documentation.

• Prior experience working in school settings or with adolescents in a therapeutic capacity is highly desirable.
• Familiarity with school-based behavioral interventions and understanding of educational systems.
• Previous involvement in collaborative team settings, enhancing interdisciplinary care plans.

• The annual salary range for this position is USD 80,000 – 100,000, commensurate with experience and caseload management.
