• Conduct intensive counseling and psychotherapy tailored to the unique needs of clients, employing therapeutic methodologies that are evidence-based and outcomes-focused.
• Perform comprehensive mental status examinations to assess clients’ emotional, psychological, and social well-being, making necessary adjustments to treatment plans as needed.
• Maintain accurate and thorough documentation, including case notes, progress reports, and individualized treatment plans, ensuring compliance with all regulatory and ethical standards.
• Employ a calm and empathetic approach to manage difficult situations effectively, focusing on de-escalating emotional distress and providing actionable solutions.
• Collaborate with a diverse range of healthcare professionals—such as psychiatrists, case managers, and community resources—to ensure coordinated and comprehensive care for each client.
• Facilitate both individual and group therapy sessions, adapting therapeutic interventions based on client requirements to foster growth and healing.

The population served comprises individuals and families facing various mental health issues, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and relational conflicts. You will engage with clients from diverse backgrounds and age groups, utilizing a culturally sensitive approach to therapy that acknowledges and respects their individual experiences and values.

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.
• Active Pennsylvania LCSW license with the ability to provide independent clinical services.
• A high degree of emotional intelligence and empathy, essential for building trusting relationships with clients.
• Demonstrated history of successfully providing therapeutic services to individuals, couples, and families.
• Exceptional organizational skills with a capacity to manage multiple cases and adhere to deadlines.

• Two or more years of clinical experience in a mental health setting.

• Background in working within a community health context, particularly addressing issues related to socio-economic factors affecting mental health.
