• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to each client's unique needs, monitoring progress over time.
• Actively participate in crisis management situations, utilizing de-escalation techniques to ensure client safety.
• Collect and meticulously document patient data, tracking metrics that inform ongoing treatment decisions and foster positive client outcomes.
• Maintain high levels of professionalism and confidentiality in all interactions, upholding ethical guidelines and best practices in mental health counseling.
• Conduct regular assessments to evaluate treatment efficacy and adjust approaches as necessary, ensuring alignment with current research-based methods.
• Engage in ongoing professional development, staying informed about clinical practices, including trauma-informed care and integration counseling.

In this role, the Mental Health Counselor will work with a diverse client base, offering support across various age groups and backgrounds. Familiarity with pediatric mental health care as well as developmental considerations across the lifespan is advantageous. This approach allows counselors to address a wide range of mental health concerns, employing evidence-based interventions such as CBT, DBT, and ACT tailored to each client's situation.

• Master's degree in psychology, counseling, or a related field.
• Current licensure in Washington State as a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) or an Associate (LMHC-A).
• Proven experience (minimum 1 year) in behavioral or mental health settings.
• In-depth knowledge of trauma-informed care and familiarity with various therapeutic modalities.
• Strong skills in building rapport with clients and colleagues alike, supported by excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
• Demonstrated ability to uphold confidentiality and adhere to ethical practices in counseling.

• Experience providing mental health integration counseling services.
• Knowledge of contemporary research and practices in mental health, including psychedelic integration counseling.
• Proficient in using digital tools for documentation and therapy management.
• Background in crisis management and therapeutic assessment.

The salary for the Mental Health Counselor position ranges from USD 100,000 to 105,000 annually, reflecting experience and qualifications. We offer a competitive benefits package that includes:
