Four Winds Therapy is in search of a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Mental Health Therapist to join our remote team as a Mental Health Counselor. This role is fully remote, allowing you the flexibility to work from any location while utilizing telehealth technologies. Our technological infrastructure supports seamless communication, documentation, and case management, which is critical for effective therapy delivery.

• Design and implement tailored treatment plans and therapeutic interventions based on individual client needs.
• Engage in crisis management, providing immediate support and de-escalation techniques during critical situations.
• Collect, analyze, and record patient data to monitor progress and guide treatment adjustments effectively.
• Maintain a professional online presence and ensure a confidential, safe virtual environment for clients.
• Collaborate with other mental health professionals and refer clients to additional resources as necessary.

As a Mental Health Counselor at Four Winds Therapy, you will work with a diverse client population that includes individuals facing anxiety, depression, trauma-related issues, and various behavioral health disorders. You will also have the opportunity to apply trauma-informed care principles and consider developmental aspects of mental health across all age groups, including children and adolescents. This role allows you to make a substantial impact on improving clients' quality of life by providing effective therapeutic support.

• A Master’s degree in psychology, counseling, social work, or a related field is required.
• Current licensure in Washington State as a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) or as an Associate (LMHC-A) is essential.
• At least one year of experience in behavioral health or mental health settings, demonstrating a strong foundation in therapeutic practices.

• Proficiency in evidence-based therapeutic approaches, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and familiarity with trauma-informed care methodologies.
• Experience with professional psychedelic integration counseling may be advantageous, reflecting the organization's commitment to innovative therapy practices.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with a proven ability to develop rapport with clients and collaborate with community partners.

This full-time position offers a competitive salary range of USD 100,000 to 105,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
