Working part-time, these coaches may assist clients in understanding insights gained from psychedelic journeys and integrating them into daily life in a healthy and meaningful way. They typically do not provide or facilitate psychedelic substances but instead focus on preparation, harm reduction, and aftercare. Sessions may occur in person or virtually, depending on the coach's practice. This role requires strong listening skills, empathy, and often knowledge of mental health or therapeutic approaches.

Part-time psychedelic integration coaches often face challenges such as maintaining clear boundaries with clients, managing a variable caseload, and staying updated on best practices in this emerging field.
