Remote Psychedelic Integration Coach information

What is a remote psychedelic integration coach?

A Remote Psychedelic Integration Coach is a professional who supports individuals in processing and making sense of their psychedelic experiences through virtual sessions. They help clients integrate insights gained from psychedelic journeys into their daily lives, offering guidance, emotional support, and practical tools. These coaches typically do not administer substances or provide medical therapy but instead focus on harm reduction, preparation, and post-experience reflection. Sessions are conducted remotely, making support accessible regardless of location. It's important to choose a coach with appropriate training and understanding of psychedelic integration.

How does a remote psychedelic integration coach typically collaborate with clients and other mental health professionals?

As a Remote Psychedelic Integration Coach, you’ll primarily work one-on-one with clients via virtual sessions, helping them process and integrate their psychedelic experiences in a safe and supportive environment. Collaboration with licensed mental health professionals is common, especially when clients require additional therapeutic support or have underlying mental health conditions. You may also participate in online communities or peer supervision groups to stay informed about best practices and to provide holistic care. Clear communication and appropriate referral practices are essential to ensure client well-being and safety.

What are the key skills and qualifications needed to thrive as a remote psychedelic integration coach, and why are they important?

To thrive as a Remote Psychedelic Integration Coach, you need a solid background in psychology, counseling, or coaching, often supported by relevant certifications or training in psychedelic integration. Familiarity with telehealth platforms, secure communication tools, and understanding of harm reduction frameworks are typically required. Exceptional active listening, empathy, and non-judgmental communication help clients feel safe and supported as they process their experiences. These skills and qualities are crucial for fostering client growth, ensuring ethical support, and maintaining trust in remote therapeutic environments.

Job description

Overview

****Position is remote and available to candidates residing within the UF Health service footprint. Occasional travel to various UF Health locations will be required******

Are you a dynamic learning and development professional ready to shape the executive experience at one of the nation's leading academic health systems

UF Health Corporate is seeking an Organizational Development Consultant, for Culture & Team Member Experience. This is a strategic internal consultant on the Culture and Team Member Experience team. This role partners with leaders, HR Business Partners, and cross-functional stakeholders across UF Health to advance initiatives that strengthen organizational culture, improve team member experience, and support performance and engagement across the enterprise.

Consultants in this role operate at both strategic and operational levels. They own defined workstreams within their area of focus, contribute to enterprise-wide culture and team member experience initiatives, and manage vendor relationships that support program delivery. The role requires the ability to diagnose organizational needs, translate priorities into strategy, and drive execution across a complex, matrixed health system.

Responsibilities

Strategic Consultation and Partnership

  • Act as an internal organizational consultant supporting enterprise culture, performance, engagement, and team member experience initiatives.
  • Partner with leaders at multiple organizational levels to identify needs, recommend solutions, and translate organizational priorities into actionable strategies that balance system goals with operational feasibility.
  • Build and sustain collaborative partnerships across HR, Operations, Nursing, and functional teams to support initiative alignment and execution.

Data, Insights, and Executive Communication

  • Analyze survey data, operational metrics, and organizational feedback to surface patterns, themes, risks, and opportunities, and support data-informed decision making.
  • Develop executive summaries, dashboards, and presentations, and facilitate meetings and leader support conversations that translate insights into recommendations and adapt messaging for different audiences.
  • Support ongoing measurement and impact evaluation for assigned initiatives and workstreams.

Program Ownership and Change Management

  • Own the design, implementation, optimization, and sustainability of organizational processes and initiatives within assigned areas of culture and team member experience.
  • Develop scalable processes, tools, and resources that support enterprise rollout and adoption, helping leaders and teams navigate evolving processes, systems, and priorities.
  • Identify and manage vendor relationships that support program delivery, including scoping work, coordinating logistics, and evaluating vendor performance.

Cross-System Collaboration

  • Work across UF Health markets, departments, and functional areas to promote alignment, consistency, and shared organizational approaches.
  • Support enterprise alignment while recognizing and accounting for local operational needs and market-specific contexts.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to support integrated solutions and avoid siloed or regional approaches.

Qualifications

  • Master’s degree in organizational development, I-O Psychology, MBA with HR concentration, or related field preferred.

Experience

  • 2–5 years of progressive experience in organizational development, HR consulting, culture strategy, employee experience, or a related field.
  • Demonstrated experience consulting with leaders at multiple organizational levels and translating organizational priorities into strategy and action.
  • Experience supporting or leading enterprise-wide initiatives in complex, matrixed organizations.
  • Experience managing vendor relationships in support of organizational programs or initiatives.
  • Experience with Qualtrics, including building and rendering display and survey logic to configure system behavior, required.
  • Experience in a healthcare, hospital, or health system environment preferred.

License & certifications:

  • SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, or SPHR preferred.
  • Prosci Change Management Practitioner or equivalent preferred.
  • ICF Coaching Credential (ACC or higher) preferred.
