• Conduct comprehensive clinical assessments to understand each patient's unique needs and develop tailored treatment plans using evidenced-based practices.
• Employ therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) to support and engage clients during sessions.
• Maintain meticulous, confidential clinical records in accordance with HIPAA regulations, ensuring compliance and safeguarding patient privacy.
• Participate actively in regular case consultations with a multidisciplinary team of mental health professionals, including psychiatrists and psychologists.
• Lead educational engagements with patients and their families to inform them about mental health conditions, treatment strategies, and available community resources.
• Stay informed about the latest advancements in mental health research to continuously enhance the quality of the care you provide.

Our clients come from diverse backgrounds and face various mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, PTSD, and relationship difficulties. As a Mental Health Counselor, you will work closely with individuals seeking support to navigate these issues, offering your expertise with empathy and professionalism. • A Master’s degree or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.
• An active license to practice in Nevada as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).
• Experience applying solution-focused therapy techniques and interventions, with a strong ability to address varied client needs effectively.

• Strong critical thinking and problem-solving capabilities, allowing you to navigate complex client scenarios.
