• Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations to understand clients’ mental health concerns and formulate individualized treatment plans tailored to their specific needs.
• Provide one-on-one therapy sessions utilizing various modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), or other evidence-based approaches, to support clients’ personal growth.
• Set therapeutic goals collaboratively with clients and monitor their progress, adjusting treatment plans as needed to ensure effective outcomes.
• Facilitate teletherapy sessions for clients who prefer virtual interaction or have accessibility challenges, ensuring consistent care delivery.
• Maintain rigorous documentation and records of therapy sessions, adhering to ethical standards and regulatory requirements while ensuring client confidentiality.
• Engage in ongoing professional development, including participating in training programs, workshops, and peer consultations to enhance your clinical skills and stay updated on best practices in mental health.

In this role, you will work with a diverse population of clients experiencing a range of mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship issues, and stress management. Our client-centered approach enables individualized care, empowering clients to take active roles in their mental health journeys.

• Must possess a current and valid mental health license in the state of Nevada, such as Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).
• A Master’s degree or Doctoral degree in relevant fields such as Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology is required.
• Demonstrated exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to establish rapport and trust with clients effectively.
• Exhibit strong organizational abilities and time-management skills to manage caseloads effectively and fulfill administrative duties.

• A minimum of two years of professional counseling experience is preferred, with a focus on evidence-based therapeutic modalities.
• Previous experience delivering therapy in a remote setting is a plus, showcasing adaptability within virtual environments.
• Familiarity with telehealth platforms and digital record-keeping systems will be beneficial.
