You'll collaborate with an interdisciplinary team of professionals to ensure integrated care and support for our clients.

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations to assess the intensity, frequency, and duration of clients' mood disorder symptoms.
• Collaborate with clients to create personalized treatment plans that align with their individual needs, goals, and preferences, utilizing a variety of therapeutic modalities.
• Implement evidence-based interventions, including but not limited to Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT).
• Educate and support clients and their families on mood disorders, outlining treatment options and promoting effective self-care strategies.
• Regularly monitor and document client progress, revising treatment plans as necessary to adapt to changing needs.
• Engage in multidisciplinary collaboration with psychiatrists and other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive client care.
• Stay current with research and advancements in mood disorder treatment to enhance therapeutic efficacy and client outcomes.
• Maintain strict confidentiality and document client interactions in compliance with legal and ethical standards.
• Participate actively in case consultations and team meetings to foster a cohesive working environment.
• Advocate for clients' mental health needs and support initiatives aimed at reducing stigma associated with mental health issues.

In this role, you will work closely with individuals experiencing a range of mood disorders, including but not limited to depression, anxiety, and bipolar disorder. Your compassion and expertise will empower clients facing significant life challenges, making a direct impact on their journey toward healing and self-discovery.

• A valid and active state license: Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).
• A Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or related field.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, allowing you to establish a secure and trusted relationship with clients.
• Demonstrated empathy and a nonjudgmental approach to support clients through their experiences and struggles.
• Strong organizational skills and effective time management to maintain a productive caseload and fulfill administrative responsibilities.

While not mandatory, prior experience in a clinical setting addressing mood disorders, particularly with diverse populations, is highly valued. Familiarity with telehealth platforms and remote therapy practices may also enhance your effectiveness in this role.

• Annual salary ranging from USD 70,000 to 90,000, in accordance with your qualifications and professional experience.
