Work EnvironmentThis role is fully remote, allowing for a balanced work-life integration while supporting clients across Augusta, Georgia, and beyond. - Collaborate within a multidisciplinary team, engaging with medical staff, nurses, and alternative care providers to ensure holistic care for patients.

In this role, you will work with diverse populations across various age groups who are confronting life-limiting illnesses. Your expertise will provide critical emotional support to patients facing complex issues related to grief, loss, depression, and anxiety. Qualifications- A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution is required.
- An active state license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in Georgia.
- A minimum of two years of experience in a mental health setting, preferably within hospice or palliative care.
- Strong understanding of evidence-based treatment modalities relevant to hospice care, including grief counseling and trauma-informed practices.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and assessment abilities to engage effectively with patients and their families.
- Experience working in a hospice or end-of-life care setting is highly desirable.
