Job Description:
Job Summary
Provides administrative and operational support to the Employee Relations (ER) function. Assists with case management, documentation, investigations, and compliance tracking to ensure fair, consistent, and timely resolution of workplace issues. Serves as a resource for HR staff and employees by maintaining accurate records, supporting ER processes, and contributing to a positive and compliant work environment.
Essential Functions
• Assists with intake and tracking of employee relations cases, ensuring timely entry and updates in case management systems.
• Supports ER investigations by gathering documentation, coordinating interviews, and maintaining confidentiality.
• Provides administrative support to the Employee Relations team, including scheduling meetings, preparing documentation, and maintaining case files.
• Prepares standard correspondence, reports, and case summaries related to employee relations matters.
• Maintains and update records, databases, and reporting tools to ensure accuracy and consistency.
• Assists in preparing data and metrics for ER reporting, trend analysis, and audits.
• Supports training and communication initiatives related to workplace policies, conduct, and compliance.
• Partners with HR colleagues to ensure consistent application of policies and processes.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
Education Requirement: High school diploma or equivalent
Experience Requirement: 2+ years of experience in training coordination, leadership development, learning and development, or HR support
An equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered. All experience must be paid and in the same related field. Part-time and PRN experience will be prorated based on hours worked per week. Volunteer work and internships for academic credit are not counted.
