Dental Network Growth Associate

Clover Health is seeking a motivated and relationship-driven Dental Network Growth Associate to support the growth and management of Clover's dental provider network for our Medicare Advantage business. This role will focus on recruiting new dental practices into the network and building strong, ongoing relationships with participating providers to ensure a high-quality member and provider experience.

You will work closely with senior network leaders to support provider outreach, onboarding, and relationship management, helping to build a competitive dental network. This is a field-based role that requires regular travel throughout Georgia, South Carolina, and Texas to support provider outreach, recruitment, and relationship management.

As a Dental Network Growth Associate, you will:

  • Support provider recruitment efforts by identifying, outreach to, and engaging dental practices in priority markets.
  • Assist in executing provider contracts, including coordinating documentation, tracking progress, and supporting negotiations.
  • Build and maintain strong provider relationships post-contracting, serving as a day-to-day point of contact for participating practices.
  • Help onboard new providers, ensuring they understand Clover processes, expectations, and resources.
  • Track recruitment pipeline activity and maintain accurate records of provider outreach and contracting status.
  • Support provider issue resolution, escalating operational or contractual concerns as needed.
  • Assist in developing outreach materials and communication strategies to attract and retain providers.
  • Monitor provider engagement and contribute to initiatives that improve provider satisfaction and network performance.

  • In your first 90 days, you will: Learn Clover's dental network strategy, markets, and provider targets. Begin outreach to prospective providers and support early-stage recruitment efforts. Successfully onboard initial practices into the network. Build familiarity with contracting workflows, tools, and processes.
  • After 6 months, you will: Consistently contribute to network growth targets through provider recruitment. Manage a set of provider relationships independently. Help improve provider onboarding and communication processes.
  • Future success in this role includes: Strong, trusted relationships with network providers. Measurable contributions to network expansion and provider engagement. Growth into more advanced contracting or network management responsibilities.

You should get in touch if:

  • Have 5 years of experience in healthcare, provider relations, sales, account management, or network development (dental or healthcare experience preferred but not required).
  • Are comfortable with outbound outreach and relationship-building with external partners.
  • Have strong communication and organizational skills, with attention to detail.
  • Can manage multiple priorities and maintain accurate tracking of work.
  • Thrive in a fast-paced environment and enjoy building new processes.
  • Are mission-driven and excited to improve healthcare access and experience.
