Job Description

As a Renewal Specialist, you support the renewal execution of customer contracts and subscriptions, partnering with Customer Success Managers, distributors, and internal teams to ensure timely and accurate renewals across the portfolio.

You will report to the Team Lead or Regional Manager and may work remotely from anywhere in the United States. Your work will be remote, with some travel to customers sites.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Support renewal execution across assigned contracts and customer accounts
  • Coordinate with distributors to initiate and track renewal proposals
  • Ensure renewal documentation is prepared, organized, and communicated effectively
  • Track renewal status and provide visibility into renewal progress and outcomes
  • Support low-touch and distributor-led contract motions
  • Assist Strategic and Regional CSMs with renewal coordination and execution
  • Maintain accurate renewal tracking in internal systems

Operating Expectations:

  • Act as the execution support layer for renewals, not the customer owner
  • Own renewals where no CSM is assigned or where support is required
  • Collaborate with distributors to ensure proposals are created and delivered

The Essentials - You Will Have:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant work experience.
  • Legal authorization to work in the U.S. We will not sponsor individuals for employment visa, now or in the future, for this job opening.
  • The ability to travel 10-20% of the time

The Preferred - You Might Also Have:

  • 3+ years of experience supporting renewals, contracts, or sales operations
  • Experience working with CRM tools (Salesforce, Gainsight)
  • Ability to manage multiple workflows and stakeholders
  • Work experience in the manufacturing or automation industry

For this role, the total target compensation is from $79,440.00 - $119,160USD Annual of which 80% is base salary and 20% is variable. Actual pay will be based on factors such as skills, knowledge, education, and experience.
