Job description

Moore & Van Allen PLLC, a dynamic and fast-growing full-service law firm of more than 400 attorneys and professionals, is seeking an Intellectual Property Patent Agent with IP focused background in Electrical Engineering join its Charlotte, NC team.

The ideal candidate should possess, a degree in Electrical Engineering.ย  We are particularly interested in applicants with expertise in areas such as network architecture, artificial intelligence, semiconductors, and cybersecurity. A graduate degree is a plus. Candidates must demonstrate excellent academic credentials, robust interpersonal skills, and the ability to work effectively in a team. While registration with the Patent Bar is preferred, eligibility to sit for the Patent Bar examination is mandatory.

Key Skills and Experience:

โ€ข 3+ years experience as a patent engineer or patent agent preferred
