Job Title: Senior Commercial Lines Account Manager | Hybrid
Job Location: Tulsa, OK
Salary:
Commercial Lines Account Manager | Small Business to Middle Market Clients
This position can be fully remote with occasional visits to the office for the right candidate. This position will work with an established select (small business) book of business, consulting clients on coverage, advising them on concerns, and cross/selling and upselling when appropriate. The ideal candidate has at least three years of experience servicing all aspects of commercial insurance accounts, a P&C license, and expert knowledge of insurance products and documents.
Job Description
  • Manage an established book of business assigned specifically to you which would include renewals, providing summaries, ordering and issuing binders, certificates, policies, proposals and other insurance documents within designated timelines
  • Conduct consultative conversations with a Commercial client base; establish & maintain carrier and client relationships
  • Obtaining non-marketed renewal quotes from existing carriers, completing renewal processes and handle non-renewal and cancellations for cause; prepare complete marketing submissions on existing clients as needed
  • Identify cross sell and up-sell opportunities as appropriate
    Expand and grow in your role when supporting miscellaneous duties as requested
Preferred Skills
  • Insurance experience in customer service or account management for 3 years or more
  • Property/Casualty License (all lines)
  • Relevant knowledge of insurance products, documents and usages
  • Computers skills are a must! Word, Excel and Outlook.
  • Applied/EPIC or AMS360 experience is preferred
  • Ability to work well independently and on a team
  • Open to continuing education, college degree or equivalent industry designations
  • Capability to work quickly and efficiently in a fast-paced environment

The compensation range for this position takes many factors into consideration including but not limited to: years of experience/training, skill set, and licenses/designations. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $65,000.00 to $100,000.00.
