About the Role:

  • This role is open to individuals residing in the Philippines with a valid work permit.
  • The role operates during APAC hours (4:30 AM to 1:00 PM Philippines Time)
  • We are looking for a dynamic Solutions Consultant to accelerate our expansion in the APAC, AUS and the US markets.
In the role, you'll work with our growing Mid-Market team to engage with small to mid-sized property managers and support them through their initial discovery of PriceLabs to become active users.

Key responsibilities:

  • Serving as the primary point of contact for new small to mid-sized property managers throughout their onboarding process   
  • Driving conversions of new prospects by conducting compelling and detailed virtual product demonstrations 
  • Assist new prospects in setting up their PriceLabs accounts and optimise their PriceLabs usage as per their unique revenue management strategies and preferences.
  • Clearly and effectively communicating PriceLabs' value proposition to potential clients
  • Consistently meeting & exceeding performance expectations
  • Collaborate with the Sales ops team to update and maintain key information and history associated with onboarded mid-size accounts on the CRM  
  • Facilitate knowledge transfer and smooth handover of selective onboarded accounts that grow beyond mid-size by collaborating with the sales-ops team and In-market Solution Consultants to ensure dedicated account management.

About You:

  • Proven experience (2-3+ years) as an Account Executive, in Customer Success, or in other sales/customer-facing roles, preferably in a SaaS company
  • Math score of 85% and above in your 10th grade.
  • Adept at conducting product walk-throughs over video calls and effectively communicating a product's value and ROI to clients
  • Willing and able to work the APAC time zone
  • A track record of achieving defined sales performance metrics
  • Data-driven, analytical, and quantitative mindset
  • Excellent communication/presentation skills and ability to build relationships.
  • Exceptionally well-organized and good with time-management skills.
  • Experience with the short-term rental market and managing US/European clients is a plus
