Job Description:

A self-sufficient, Communications Editor is needed to support customer-facing servicing communication drafting, editing, and message refinement.

Required Skills / Experience:

  • Excellent written communication with strong command of grammar, style, and tone
  • Familiarity with AP editorial style standards
  • Strong editing, proofreading, and content refinement capabilities
  • Experience with communications and message development
  • Ability to simplify complex business messaging into clear, concise messaging
  • Skilled at adapting messaging for different audiences and communication channels
  • Strong attention to detail and consistency across communications
  • Ability to operate effectively in fast-paced environments with multiple priorities
