Overview:

2020 Companies is now hiring a remote Project Coordinator

The Project Coordinator (PC) is responsible for supporting the successful execution of client programs and projects through operational coordination, project tracking, reporting support, and cross-functional collaboration. This role partners closely with the Account Management, Operations, Audit, and Scheduling teams to help ensure projects are organized, accurate, and progressing according to timeline expectations.

The Project Coordinator plays a critical role in maintaining project visibility, supporting execution workflows, coordinating administrative and reporting tasks, and helping drive operational consistency across multiple concurrent projects. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, proactive, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Must be able to work CST hours approximately 9:00 to 5:00.

Job Description:

Project Coordination & Operational Support

  • Support Account Managers with day-to-day project coordination and execution activities
  • Assist with project setup activities, including survey creation, Airtable setup, and workflow preparation
  • Maintain and update project tracking systems, reporting tools, and execution documentation
  • Assist with scheduling coordination, visit tracking, and execution visibility
  • Monitor project progress and escalate risks, delays, or completion concerns to leadership and Account Management teams
  • Support execution reporting, compliance tracking, and project status updates
  • Assist with tracking and coordinating break/fix, escalation, and revisit activity
  • Help ensure project documentation remains accurate, organized, and up to date
  • Coordinate cross-functional communication related to project updates, field execution, and operational needs
  • Support onboarding and administrative setup activities for new projects and workflows
  • Assist with shipment tracking, inventory coordination, and execution follow-up where applicable
  • Partner closely with Operations, Audit, Scheduling, and Account Management teams to support successful project delivery

Reporting & System Management

  • Assist in maintaining Airtable, Salesforce, and other project management systems
  • Support reporting setup and data organization across projects
  • Review project information for accuracy and completeness
  • Help maintain standardized project documentation and reporting workflows
  • Assist with audit tracking and escalation visibility
  • Support reporting preparation, execution, and recap documentation
  • Ensure data integrity across project tracking systems and workflows

Team Collaboration & Support

  • Provide support across multiple AMs, projects, and client programs as business needs shift
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Operations, Audit, Scheduling, Reporting, and Leadership teams
  • Participate in onboarding, training, and process standardization initiatives
  • Assist with process improvement and workflow optimization efforts
  • Maintain professionalism, responsiveness, and strong communication across internal teams
  • Support team scalability by helping drive consistency in workflows, documentation, and execution practices

Qualifications

  • 2–4 years of project coordination, account support, operations coordination, administrative support, or related experience preferred
  • Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively across multiple teams and departments
  • Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills
  • Ability to proactively identify issues and escalate concerns appropriately
  • Experience working within project tracking systems or workflow management platforms preferred
  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel
  • Experience with Airtable, Salesforce, Smartsheet, Jira, or similar systems preferred
  • Experience supporting retail execution, field operations, merchandising, client services, or operational workflows preferred
  • Highly adaptable with a willingness to learn new systems and processes
