Job description

Your Contribution:

As a Project Manager you will be responsible for driving programs from acquisition to launch.  Responsible for the development, coordination, and implementation of project plan.  Initiates all necessary support activities for the rest of the Product Life Cycle.  Manages significant changes for products already in production.

  • Functional leadership of the project team (motivate and convince team members to meet overall target of the project).
  • Coordinate project team activities.
  • Organize and execute the Project Plan.
  • Track schedules, milestones, and deliverables: Team staffing to ensure right and sufficient resources.
  • Manage risks and opportunities.
  • Prepare reports for management and stakeholders.
  • Coordinate with customers, suppliers, and production plants.
  • Manage project changes and deviations.
  • Daily control of the budget. 

Your Experience & Qualifications:

  • 3-4 years of experience.
  • Automotive industry experience.
  • Background in HVAC / Thermal products and processes is a strong plus.
  • Experience working in a global business with remote teams is a plus.
  • Familiarity with ERP systems (e.g., SAP).
  • Background in manufacturing.
