  • Maintain visibility into implementation readiness and communicate status to leadership.
Client Communication
  • Serve as a primary implementation contact for designated clients.
  • Schedule and facilitate recurring implementation meetings and maintain meeting agendas, action items, and follow-up.
  • Communicate project status, upcoming milestones, outstanding items, risks, and decisions to appropriate stakeholders.
  • Build strong working relationships with client contacts and internal teams.
  • Help establish clear expectations regarding responsibilities, timelines, workflows, and communication channels.
  • Escalate issues appropriately when timelines, quality, client expectations, or go-live readiness are at risk.
Go-Live & Stabilization
  • Coordinate go-live readiness activities to include mock go-live and ensure all critical requirements have been completed.
  • Develop and maintain a go-live checklist and readiness assessment.
  • Monitor daily activities during the initial go-live period and coordinate resolution of issues.
  • Track coding, billing, payment posting, AR, charge entry, denials, reporting, and other applicable RCM workflows during stabilization.
  • Identify workflow gaps, training needs, staffing concerns, and system issues impacting performance.
  • Coordinate post-go-live meetings and maintain an issue/action log until stabilization is achieved.
  • Partner with RCM leadership to determine when the client is ready for transition to ongoing operations.
30/60/90-Day Transition
  • Manage the structured 30-, 60-, and 90-day post-go-live review process.
  • Monitor implementation performance against established goals and expectations.
  • Coordinate collection and review of operational metrics and client feedback.
  • Identify trends, recurring issues, process gaps, and opportunities for improvement.
  • Ensure outstanding implementation items are resolved or appropriately transitioned to the responsible team.
  • Prepare a comprehensive handoff to the Client Success Manager and RCM Operations team.
  • Ensure all client-specific workflows, contacts, reporting requirements, open issues, and lessons learned are documented before final handoff.
