We have an exciting opportunity for a Project Manager. In this position you will lead the planning, design, and execution of architectural projects across all phases from schematic design to construction administration. This role requires a combination of architectural expertise, project management skills, and leadership ability to coordinate design teams, contractors, consultants, and clients. Experience working across multiple sectors; multifamily, mixed use, hospitality, and commercial.
Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage architectural projects from initial concept through final construction
  • Coordinate with clients, consultants, and contractors to ensure objectives are met
  • Develop project schedules, budgets, and work plans
  • In-depth knowledge of construction methods, materials, and detailing
  • Solid understanding of building codes, ADA requirements, and permitting processes
  • Oversee production of design and construction documents
  • Review submittals, respond to RFIs, and manage change orders during construction
  • Conduct site visits and monitor construction progress for quality assurance
  • Manage client communication, project scope, and expectations
  • Lead internal design coordination and consultant management meetings
  • Mentor and guide junior architects and project staff
