Job description

Pure Water Partners, a privately held specialty finance company in the bottle free water marketplace is actively seeking an experienced enthusiastic and motivated Customer Service Specialist.

Job Description:

This position is a critically important role, acting as the company’s “brand ambassador” by being the front-line point of contact with our customers. Effective interpersonal and communication skills, as well as an ability to work independently are key to success in this position.

While this is a remote/work from home role, it does require a commitment to commute to our Sandpoint, ID office daily during an initial training period (typically 2 weeks, 7:00am-4:00pm).

After the initial training period, normal work hours are Monday through Friday 6:00 AM to 3:00 PM.

Our Customer Service Team:
