This role carries full responsibility for project direction, schedule performance, cost control, and overall financial outcomes. Travel of 25%+ is expected.

Education

Work Experience
  • 7+ years of progressive experience in a construction management environment
  • Required experience on federal or public works projects-particularly FAA, USACE, NAVFAC, USAF, or U.S. Army Corps of Engineers
  • Experience with structural steel buildings, asphalt paving, sitework, utilities, and MEP's preferred
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities
  • Knowledge of construction, tenant improvements, repairs/alterations, civil work, and utilities
  • Ability to work in a high-production environment
  • Demonstrated decision-making skills
  • Excellent leadership, supervisory, communication, and organizational skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
  • Familiarity with BuilderTrend or other construction software preferred
  • Experience & proficiency with CPM project scheduling such as Primavera P6.
