 We're seeking a Multi Media Manager to join our Enterprise Marketing team.

 Key Responsibilities

  • Responsible for managing multi-media production function and needs for the enterprise including idea generation, design, planning, campaigns, production, editing, and budgeting.

  • Oversee the creation and editing of video content for various platforms including financial educational tutorials, product demonstrations, and corporate communications.

  • Conceptualize, plan, and execute video and digital content projects from start to finish, focusing on aligning technology and product stories with strategic growth across digital channels.

  • Develop and lead end-to-end content production and interactive media for digital banking platforms, kiosks, and customer facing applications.

  • Strategize, develop, recommend and implement ideas to support and enhance branch environments with digital displays, interactive touch screens, and multimedia installations.

  • Track key performance indicators to monitor progress and optimization towards reaching and exceeding goals.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure content supports broader marketing goals and assists in the growth of digital presence and specific business needs.

  • Manage content production schedules and ensure deadlines are met.

  • Understands and adheres to branding guidelines.

  • Serves as internal expert on multi-media production ensuring consistent brand messaging across all platforms.

  • Ensures systems and equipment is operational.

  • Manages and mentors staff members.

  • Responsible to hire, fire and manage employee performance.

  • Other duties as assigned.

 What You Bring

Requires a Bachelor's and 6 years experience with marketing, communications, graphic design, multi-media production or other directly related experience. Some supervisory or management experience required. A combination of education and experience may meet requirements.

  •  Extensive knowledge of all aspects of media production, including lighting, sound and writing.

  • Exhibit a strong design understanding, and the ability to think conceptually and take concepts from development phase to execution.

  • Strong storytelling ability to create narratives that engage viewers while conveying financial information clearly.

  • Extensive motion graphics and animation skills to create dynamic visual explanations of financial concepts.

  • Proven track record of telling technology stories that translate highly technical product details into consumer-facing content.

  • Strong technical knowledge of digital formats, compression techniques, and multimedia delivery platforms.

  • Strong understanding of responsive design principles for multimedia content across various devices.

  • Strong attention to detail and project management skills.

  • Excellent organizational and communication skills, both written and verbal.

  • Strong management skills.

  • Advanced proficiency in video production software including Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, audio editing tools and related PC skills.

BENEFITS AND COMPENSATION

This position is eligible to earn a base salary ranging from $124,000 to $150,000 annually. Actual compensation will be determined based on factors including, but not limited to, geographic location, skills, experience, education, and other job-related qualifications.

This opportunity can be located across the Zions Bancorporation Footprint or 100% remote within the United States.
