• Conduct thorough assessments and screenings to evaluate clients' mental health challenges and identify their specific treatment needs.

• Collaborate with psychiatrists, psychologists, and other health professionals to ensure integrated and holistic care.

In this role, you will work with a diverse clientele facing various challenges related to marriage and family dynamics, communication issues, and interpersonal conflicts. • A current and valid state license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).
• A Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a related field.

• Empathy, compassion, and a nonjudgmental attitude toward clients' experiences and challenges.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage a diverse workload efficiently.
