Job Description:

The client is seeking a senior-level Product Manager to lead a critical pricing and packaging transformation workstream across its enterprise portfolio. This individual will independently own one workstream from strategy through execution, partnering with executive leadership to drive alignment, facilitate decision-making, and ensure successful delivery of a complex commercial initiative.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities:

  • Own and lead an end-to-end pricing and packaging workstream
  • Develop and manage project plans, timelines, milestones, dependencies, and risks
  • Coordinate work across multiple cross-functional teams and VP-level workstream leaders
  • Identify key stakeholders and ensure appropriate engagement throughout the project lifecycle
  • Facilitate meetings with executive leadership, including C-suite, SVPs, and VPs
  • Drive executive decision-making by documenting outcomes, action items, and next steps
  • Ensure the pricing and packaging initiative progresses across the organization's full product portfolio
  • Monitor project health and proactively resolve roadblocks

 

Minimum Requirements:

  • 6 years of experience as a Senior Product Manager, Commercial Program Manager, or similar role
  • Extensive commercial pricing and packaging experience
  • Proven ability to independently lead a large-scale enterprise workstream from initiation through execution
  • Strong executive presence with experience presenting to and influencing C-suite, SVP, and VP stakeholders
  • Excellent cross-functional stakeholder management skills
  • Strong project and program management capabilities
  • Experience coordinating complex commercial decisions and documenting executive decision-making
  • Industry experience within one or more of the following:
    • Market research or analyst firms
    • Syndicated data providers
    • Data and analytics organizations
    • B2B technology companies
    • SaaS organizations

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience leading enterprise pricing transformation initiatives
  • Experience with portfolio-level pricing and packaging strategy
  • Certifications in Project Management (PMP), Agile, or Product Management
