Job Description: Our client is seeking an experienced SuccessFactors Project Manager to lead the delivery of multiple SuccessFactors client engagements, including implementations, upgrades, enhancements, and sustainment initiatives. This individual will serve as the primary point of contact for customers while managing project planning, execution, reporting, financial tracking, and stakeholder communications across multiple concurrent professional services engagements. The ideal candidate has a strong consulting background, thrives in client-facing environments, and is comfortable managing multiple SuccessFactors projects simultaneously.

Job Summary: Manage delivery across multiple SuccessFactors client engagements, including implementations, upgrades, enhancements, and sustainment projects. Serve as the primary point of contact for customers throughout the project lifecycle. Lead weekly and bi-weekly client status meetings while managing customer expectations and delivery timelines. Develop and maintain project plans, workbooks, status reports, resource plans, financial forecasts, actuals, risks, and project health reporting. Coordinate SuccessFactors upgrades, release planning, feature reviews, testing activities, deployment planning, and stakeholder communications. Partner closely with Customer Success and consulting teams to coordinate professional services work and resolve client requests. Monitor project scope, budgets, timelines, resource allocation, and project financials. Facilitate communication between customers, consultants, and internal delivery teams. Manage project escalations and proactively resolve client delivery challenges. Support transitions from implementation into managed services and ongoing sustainment. Maintain project documentation and executive-level reporting throughout the engagement lifecycle. Manage multiple client engagements simultaneously while ensuring successful project delivery.

Minimum Requirements: Bachelor's degree required. 5 years of Project Management experience. 3 years of hands-on SAP SuccessFactors project experience. Experience managing SAP SuccessFactors implementations, upgrades, enhancements, and sustainment engagements. Experience working in a client-facing consulting, professional services, or managed services environment. Experience managing multiple concurrent client projects. Experience maintaining project plans, status reports, project documentation, and stakeholder communications. Experience tracking project financials, forecasting, actuals, budgets, resource allocation, and project health. Strong stakeholder management and executive communication skills. Experience leading client meetings and managing customer expectations. Strong consultative problem-solving skills with the ability to navigate difficult client situations. Self-starter with excellent follow-through and accountability. Adaptable, collaborative, and comfortable wearing multiple hats in a fast-paced consulting environment.

Preferred Qualifications: PMP or other Project Management certification. SAP HCM experience. Experience with SuccessFactors release management and feature adoption initiatives. Experience transitioning clients from implementation into managed services or sustainment support. FedRAMP, DoD, Federal Government, or other highly regulated industry experience. Experience supporting government or secure cloud environments.
