Survey Project Manager - South Carolina
ROWE Professional Services Company
ROWE Professional Services Company, an employee-owned, full service professional consulting firm specializing in civil engineering, surveying, aerial mapping, LIDAR, landscape architecture, planning and land development, is seeking an experienced Survey Project Manager to lead the launch and long-term growth of our South Carolina survey operations. This Project Manager will work closely with our executive team to grow this office and develop long-lasting client relationships and teaming opportunities in the Carolinas. This is a hybrid role with both in-person and remote work opportunities. This position can be based in Georgetown, SC.
Key Responsibilities
• Drive business development and expand our client base in South Carolina.
• Proactively identify and develop strategies to secure future work for both small and large-scale projects.
• Prepare successful proposals and oversee project selection.
• Proactively pursue teaming opportunities
• Manage existing client relationships and cultivate new clients.
• Mentor survey staff in developing project scopes, budgets and staffing plans.
• Manage project teams and project schedules.
• Perform office calculations, complete estimating, and provide QA/QC for projects.
Qualifications
• South Carolina Professional Surveyor license
• 15+ years of surveying experience
• Working knowledge of AutoCAD
• Experience leading or expanding a survey team or office
• Strong project management skills
• Ability to build and maintain client relationships
• Skilled in project scheduling and budgeting
• Compassionate and enthusiastic leadership skills
• Detail-oriented and analytically minded
• Ability to exercise sound judgment and make decisions.
