• Provide remote counseling services utilizing evidence-based practices to monitor and support participant progress.
• Conduct thorough documentation of session notes and care coordination recommendations, ensuring comprehensive follow-up for each client.
• Collaborate within a multidisciplinary care team to assist clients in navigating available resources, while obtaining necessary consent and authorization forms.
• Identify and manage high-risk participant encounters, implementing safety protocols as outlined in company guidelines.
• Engage in ongoing professional development through scheduled meetings, including monthly team discussions and organizational Town Halls.
• Adhere to the highest confidentiality standards as demonstrated in HIPAA Privacy & Security policies, maintaining compliance with annual training requirements.

In this role, you will primarily work with a diverse clientele experiencing various mental health conditions, including anxiety, depression, trauma-related issues, and other behavioral health challenges. You will be instrumental in helping participants focus on actionable skills and implementing evidence-based protocols that facilitate their recovery journey. Your contribution will not only impact individual lives but also families and communities, creating a ripple effect of positive change.

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or a related field is required.
• Current and unrestricted licensure as a Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), or Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in the state of California is mandatory.
• A demonstrated ability to maintain a consistent client schedule of 40 hours per week, from Monday to Friday.

• Previous clinical experience conducting psychotherapy utilizing approaches such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and other solution-focused methodologies.
• Proficiency with telehealth platforms and tools that facilitate remote counseling sessions effectively.
