Position Title: Project Manager

This position demands a strong leader who can effectively manage teams, mitigate risks, and ensure high-quality outcomes. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment and demonstrate a commitment to excellence, particularly when navigating complexities associated with client demands. A collaborative spirit and solution-oriented mindset are essential for success in this role. Salary Range: $150,000 - $165,000 / Year DOE
Project Manager Responsibilities:
  • Lead multiple commercial and industrial construction projects from preconstruction through completion
  • Manage project budgets, schedules, contracts, change orders, risk mitigation, and overall project execution
  • Supervise and mentor Project Engineers, Superintendents, and project teams while driving accountability and collaboration
  • Build strong relationships with clients, design teams, subcontractors, and internal departments to ensure successful project delivery
  • Review design documents, contracts, schedules, and project plans while identifying opportunities to improve quality, efficiency, and cost
  • Monitor project progress, safety compliance, and financial performance while proactively resolving issues before they impact the project
  • Support proposal development, subcontractor selection, procurement, and strategic planning throughout the project lifecycle

Project Manager Requirements:
  • 8-10 years of experience in industrial or commercial construction projects
  • Experience with ground-up commercial construction valued at $25M or greater
  • General contractor experience is required
  • Proficiency with Procore, Microsoft Office Suite, Bluebeam, and construction management software
  • A bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, or a related field strongly preferred
  • Willingness to travel throughout the Central Valley, Sacramento region, and Bay Area based on project needs
