We are hiring for Oracle Cloud Managed Services Procurement Consultant to join our CSS Inc Team. This position is a fully remote opportunity.
Job Description:  CSS is seeking an Oracle Cloud Procurement consultant in our Managed Services practice. The successful candidate will focus on guiding and assisting clients through day-to-day system support of all Oracle Cloud Procurement modules. The Oracle Cloud Managed Services Procurement Consultant will be responsible for working with the client team to resolve issues, troubleshoot, perform maintenance, and continue system enhancement to optimize business operations. The ideal consultant should have extensive knowledge and experience with Oracle Cloud Procurement business processes.
The Oracle Cloud Managed Services Procurement Consultant will use in-depth knowledge of the Oracle Cloud Procurement Applications, as well as industry best practice expertise to consult with clients and to provide cost-effective solutions that will solve business issues. A successful candidate will provide high-quality customer support, by working with client teams in gathering information to solve day-to-day system issues. The consultant will collaborate with the client team in performing upgrade activities such as system configuration, testing, and end-user training. The Oracle Cloud Managed Services Procurement Consultant will work with Oracle to resolve service requests and proactively contribute to the overall support process, by suggesting and executing new process efficiencies, documenting common support issues and workarounds, to minimize the number of future support requests.
Education and Experience Requirements:
  • Minimum 10 years of experience as an Oracle Functional consultant with 2+ years of experience in implementing or supporting Oracle Cloud projects and upgrades.
  • Strong consulting experience and business analytical skills to gather and document business requirements, lead troubleshooting analysis, perform functional configuration, and manage upgrade testing
  • Proven experience with guiding clients through business process improvements and solving day-to-day issues.
  • Ability to lead a team, work independently and manage multiple task assignments.
  • Oracle Cloud certifications are a plus.
The Oracle Cloud Managed Services Procurement Consultant will proactively contribute to the overall support process, by suggesting & executing new process efficiencies, documenting common support issues and workarounds, to minimize the number of future support requests. The successful candidate will identify and apply innovative approaches to resolving system issues. The Oracle Cloud Managed Services Procurement Consultant will refine customer requirements in detail, document, and present to the client for approval. They will also participate in team training activities to keep current with Oracle Cloud functionality. This is a fully remote opportunity.
