  • Serve as a central program coordinator across multiple workstreams tied to FY27 planning and execution.
  • Develop and maintain integrated project plans, timelines, dependencies, and milestones across teams.
  • Facilitate regular project and program-level check-ins and track action items, risks, and decisions.
  • Proactively identify risks, gaps, and resource constraints, then escalate and recommend mitigation strategies.
  • Partner closely with functional leaders to ensure alignment on priorities, sequencing, and deliverables.
  • Create clear status reporting for leadership, including progress, risks, and decisions needed.
  • Support planning artifacts such as roadmaps, execution plans, and readiness checkpoints.
  • Help establish lightweight governance, cadence, and operating norms to keep work moving.

Required Skills and Experience

  1. Strong program and project management experience, ideally in complex, cross-functional environments.
  2. Demonstrated ability to coordinate work across multiple teams and senior stakeholders.
  3. Excellent organizational, communication, and facilitation skills.
  4. Comfort operating in ambiguity and helping teams translate strategy into executable plans.
