Position Overview:

As our Project Manager,you'llcontrol the activities of major client projects, ensuring schedules are set, budgets aremaintained, deadlines are met, agency hours are properlyutilized, andappropriate resourcesare engaged. This positionis responsible forthe status of assigned jobs at all times, creates reporting structures to keep the agency team and client informed, and ensures all work has been appropriately reviewed before client delivery.You'llwork closely with Brand Directors and teams across the agency to execute large, complex, and often global projects.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor'sdegree in marketing, advertising, or related field is preferred.

  • Minimum of3-5 years of experience in project management or account management in a full-service agency environment preferred.

  • A strong senseof urgency, initiative, and drive to get things done correctly, with an emphasis on collaborating with all agency teams/resources to ensure client deliverables are done within scope and budget and are produced on time.

Nice-to-Have Qualifications

  • PMP or equivalent project management certification

  • Experience managing projects with global scope, across multiplechannels,countries,and languages

  • Track recordof on-time, on-scope delivery of projects

  • Experience working with all different departments and teams in an agency, including creative, strategy, media, and others

Key Responsibilities

  • Estimate new projects or client scopes along with the management of these estimates.

  • Helpidentify,onboardandmanagethird-party contractors through the agency process.

  • Keepsup-to-date project schedules, status reports, creative grids,Monday.com boards, etc.

  • Ensuresall team members are included and appropriately engagedwith all needed information and assets upon project initiation, including external resources.

  • Manages the daily activity of all assigned jobs, ensuring priorities aresetand deadlines are met.

  • Works withdisciplineleaders to make team assignments for campaigns,initiativesand projects.

  • Advises Account Director/Creative Director when a client request is outside of the existing scope.

  • Leads QA,checkingall materials for accuracy and completeness.

  • Ensures all work has been appropriately reviewed internally before presentation toclient.

  • Meets/communicates withclienton a regular basis and serves as client contact asappropriate; develops trust.
